The e-mail address you provide when placing an order will not be used for any purpose other than mail order operations.

How to Order
Ordering Process
1. Select the products you wish to purchase, confirm the quantity, and click [Add to Cart]. At this stage, your order is not yet confirmed.
2. Select all items you wish to purchase, click the "Cart" icon in the upper right corner of the page, and then click "Proceed to Checkout.
3. Click the "Select" icon and choose domestic or international shipping.
4. Confirm your order, enter and select your shipping address, shipping method, and payment method, then click "Place Order."
5. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered to confirm your order.
6. If you selected bank transfer as your payment method, please transfer the funds to the bank account indicated in the e-mail. for Paypal customers, please wait for a while until we confirm your payment.
7. As soon as we confirm your payment, we will send you an e-mail to that effect. After that, we will begin the shipping procedure. It may take several days to confirm payment. We do not send payment confirmation emails to customers shipping internationally. Please wait for the shipping notification e-mail.
8. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as the merchandise has been shipped.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Purchased items will be shipped from Tokyo by Japan Post or Sagawa Express.
Excluding the date of confirmation of payment, we will ship within 3 business days for domestic orders and within 5 business days for international orders.
We are closed Tuesdays and Thursdays and shipping does not occur on those days.
Items usually arrive 1-5 days after shipping, but please note that there may be a slight delay due to traffic or weather conditions.
If you have not received your order within 1 week after the shipment notification, please contact us using the Contact Us Form with your order number.
Regarding Shipping Methods
Shipping in Japan
Yu-Packet Shipping (Delivery is all days, with tracking number) / ¥220
* If your order total is ¥2,500 or more, Yu-Packet Shipping is free.
* If your order includes supplies, only Yu-Pack Shipping is available.
Optional
Yu-Pack or SAGAWA Express (Delivery is all days, with tracking number) / ¥700
* If your order total is ¥15,000 yen or more, Yu-Pack or SAGAWA Express is free.
Shipping to overseas
Registered Shipping / ¥900 (or more, depending on the contents of the order)
EMS Shipping / ¥3,150 (or more, depending on the contents of the order)
We may bundle consecutive orders to the same address. If you do not wish to have your order shipped together, please indicate this in the remarks column when you place your order. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges for bundling.
We do not offer shipping discounts for combining multiple orders.
Items ordered at the online booth may not be able to be shipped together with other items ordered.
If you order a pre-order item and a regular item together, it will be shipped together with the pre-order item. If you would like to receive the regular item first, please order it separately from the pre-order item.
If you order pre-order items with different release dates at the same time, they will be shipped together after the last release date. If you would like to receive the items sooner, please place a separate order for each item.
