How to Make an Order

Please check this page for how to use the TokyoMTG online shop.

How to Cancel Your Order

As a general rule, we do not accept order cancellations.

If for some reason you must cancel your order, please contact us using our Inquiry Form.

How to Combine Your Orders

We can if the orders haven't been shipped already. For two or more orders, please tell us the order number and contents of the order you would like to combine with in the notes section.

How to Extend Payment Deadline

In general, our payment deadline is one week from the order date.

If for some reason your payment is delayed please let us know using our Inquiry Form.

I Haven't Received My Order from TokyoMTG. What Should I Do?

Some deliveries may be delayed to distribution conditions. If your order hasn't arrived on time there may have been a problem in transit. If your selected shipping method is not registered, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to help .If you have selected shipping insurance on your order, please let us know when filling out our Inquiry Form.

Order has Arrived, but was Damaged In Transit

If you find that your order has been damaged or soiled while in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, if contacted soon enough, we can exchange or refund your item depending on the condition. If it is damaged or soiled in transit, please include as much detail as possible, with a photo of both the product and the envelope itself.

My Order has Arrived, but I No Longer Need It, Can I Get a Refund or Exchange it?

We do not accept returns or distribute refunds at the customers convenience. We will however buy it back from you or you can trade it in to us, but please know that we cannot guarantee the amount we will purchase it for since it is handled in another transaction.

Regarding Art

Can I Order Art Prints?

Currently, TokyoMTG has partnered with Original Magic Art (OMA), which provides a huge variety of MTG Art Prints worldwide, and as a domestic authorized store retailer of OMA, we provide access to a wide variety of MTG Art Prints locally in Japan.

Are there any other art prints I can get on the website?

The only products that can be purchased on the website currently, are those listed in the OMA section and Art Prints section. Right now that is primarily OMA Art Prints and their framed versions. However, the Suidobashi store also sells art prints that are not posted on the website and has a large selection in-store. If you have specific art you are looking for, please contact us via the official Twitter account, the Youtube Online Booth (Tuesday, Friday, Saturday) or the inquiry form and we can check our stock or try and locate the art you're looking for!

Can I request a specific print from a card or get an art print that isn't currently listed?

Art prints are not made by us directly, but by the artist themselves or an approved printer. Therefore, we cannot take specific requests for art prints from a desired card or art.

Can I get a frame for my art print or playmat that I purchased?

We accept framing services brought in by customers. Please contact us in advance using the inquiry form as the person in charge of scheduling the framing services may not be available on some days.

I want to split the payment for art and high-priced items.

TokyoMTG accepts installment payments for high-priced items.
